Cool Embroidery Designs is a division of SGI International (Pvt) Ltd. We provide custom embroidery digitizing and vector conversion services subject to the following terms and conditions. If you completely agree to the below mentioned terms, you are welcome to use our services.

Refund Policy:

The products we sell i.e custom embroidery digitizing and vector conversions are of electronic format based. If you are not satisfied by the end result, we will provide edits that are requested within 30 days of job completion. Editing is usually free of charge unless it differs from the original request. However even after several edits and revisions, you are not satisfied by our job, we will offer a refund or credit the amount in your account.
