Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. There are no trial terms because the files are electronic. Once the files are sent to the customer, they are considered sold.
You may request edits, but refunds are not provided. A 15-day free editing period is available for all orders.
If you purchase designs from us for resizing, conversion, or even simply opening and saving them in your own software, you are doing so at your own risk. Cool Embroidery Designs is not responsible for the quality of any file that has been resized, converted, or re-saved by the customer, nor for any failure in the resizing or conversion process. Our files are created to run directly on embroidery machines.
Privacy Policy
Your information is strictly confidential and will never be shared with any third party. We store your information only for as long as needed, after which it is permanently deleted from our system.
